85 km, about 1 hr 45 minIt is a Rann Utsav tent booking at The Tent City in Dhordo, sold by GujjuTours as a Kutch tour package with meals, guided trips and Bhuj transfers already planned. You choose two things: how many nights (1, 2 or 3) and where you sleep (four tent and cottage types, or one of two suites).
The Dhordo tent city sits about 85 km north of Bhuj, close to the White Rann of Kutch, the salt flat that turns white after the monsoon water dries out. The longer you stay, the further the tours go: day 2 adds sunrise on the Rann and Kala Dungar, day 3 adds Dholavira and the Road Through Heaven.
Planning flights or trains to Bhuj as well? Our team can add flights or a hotel night in Bhuj to the same booking, or fold the tent city into a longer Gujarat holiday.
All three use the same arrival day and the same check-out morning. The extra nights add day trips: Kala Dungar on day 2, Dholavira on day 3.

Which transfer should you take?
Take the 08:15 or 10:00 departure if you can. Both reach before the 12:30 PM check-in, so you get lunch and the 5 PM Sunset Point trip on day 1. The 13:30 transfer arrives after lunch, and the 15:30 and 17:30 transfers miss the day 1 sunset. On the way back, the 09:30 departure plus the temple and museum stop means you are free in Bhuj around 14:00, so book onward trains or flights after that.
Seven stops in total. The label on each one tells you which package length includes it. Dholavira is a UNESCO World Heritage Site; you can read the UNESCO listing for Dholavira before you go, and Gujarat Tourism has more on Kutch.

Stays that cross two seasons
The season surcharge is set per package, not per night. If your nights straddle two season bands (for example 21 to 23 November), share the dates with us and we confirm which rate applies before you pay.
Sunrise or yoga on day 2
The Sunrise Point trip and the morning yoga session run at the same time on day 2. Families with young children often skip the early drive and join yoga instead; either way, breakfast runs until 10:00.
Jain or other food needs
Meals are served at the dining area for your stay type. If your family follows Jain or other dietary rules, mention it in your enquiry and we check with the camp before we confirm the booking.
Refunds depend on how many days before your scheduled arrival you cancel. Changes to a confirmed booking carry a fee based on the total booking amount.

Check-in at Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo starts at 12:30 PM and check-out is at 9:30 AM. If you reach before 12:30 PM, your tent is allotted only if one is available, so plan to arrive with the 08:15 or 10:00 transfer from Bhuj.
