Terms & Conditions — Lebanon Visa Assistance
- Rayna Tours provides professional visa assistance only and has no affiliation with the General Directorate of General Security of Lebanon, the Consulate General of Lebanon, or any Lebanese government authority.
- All visa decisions rest solely at the discretion of the General Directorate of General Security of Lebanon and the relevant Lebanese Embassy or Consulate. Rayna Tours does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
- All visa application fees and Rayna Tours service fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted — regardless of whether the outcome is approval, refusal, or delay.
- Applicants must submit complete, accurate, and genuine documents. Any errors, incomplete details, or misleading information may result in rejection. All documents must be in English, Arabic, or French — documents in any other language must be accompanied by a certified translation.
- A Lebanon visa is rendered invalid if the passport contains an Israeli visa, entry stamp, or exit stamp — at any point before or after the visa is issued. Applicants must ensure their passport is free of any Israeli stamps before applying. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for denied entry arising from this condition.
- UAE Residence Visa must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of application — for applicants applying through the Consulate General of Lebanon in Dubai. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for rejected applications arising from insufficient UAE Residence Visa validity.
- Applications requiring prior approval from the Lebanese General Security — including Palestinian Authority passport holders, Egyptian or Syrian travel document holders, and Jordanian passport holders without a national number — may take 6 to 8 weeks to process. Applicants are strongly advised to apply well in advance of their intended travel date.
- All visa processing times are estimates only and may vary due to application volume, public holidays, Lebanese General Security workload, or additional verification requirements. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for processing delays.
- Lebanese authorities reserve the right to request additional documents or information at any stage of the process — Rayna Tours will communicate any such requests promptly.
- Possession of an approved Lebanon visa does not guarantee entry — final entry is at the sole discretion of Lebanese immigration officials at the port of entry.
- Approved visas must be used strictly within the stated validity period and as per the permitted stay duration and visa category. Overstaying in Lebanon is subject to financial penalties — if overstay is less than one month, departure automatically resolves the situation with applicable charges; overstay of more than one month requires prior clearance at the Bureau of Arabs and Foreigners before departure. All such fines, penalties, and legal consequences are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
- Lebanon visa regulations, exemption policies, documentation requirements, processing timelines, validity periods, and applicable fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by Lebanese authorities arising from previous travel history, immigration records, or any other factor outside Rayna Tours' control.
