A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
Bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation; time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No refunds, amendments or cancellations apply for unused, missed, partially used or no-show tickets.
Outside food and beverages may not be allowed, per venue regulations.
The operator and its suppliers are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
Entry may be denied for non-compliance with venue rules, safety guidelines or dress codes.
Locker and towel rentals are available at the park for an additional cost; they are not included in your ticket.
