Driving Range and Pick-up/Drop-off Locations • Osaka city chartered car itinerary: Limited to attractions within Osaka city, with a round-trip driving distance of no more than 100 kilometers. • Osaka outside city chartered car itinerary: Total driving distance centered on Osaka city, within 300 kilometers round trip. ※ If arranging cross-region itineraries (e.g., "Kyoto + Nara" combination), a cross-region service fee will be charged. Please consult customer service or choose the corresponding cross-region package. • Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Osaka city. For pick-up/drop-off in different locations (e.g., Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc.), the driver's empty car time will be reserved based on distance or an additional fee will be charged. • If the departure or end point is Kansai Airport or Izumi City, an additional regional surcharge will be applied. • Excess mileage fee: If the total itinerary distance exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional JPY 400 will be charged per kilometer for the excess part. Chartered Car Service Hours and Overtime Fees • Standard service time is 10 hours. If picking up/dropping off in different locations (e.g., starting or ending in Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc.), the driver's empty car time needs to be reserved based on the actual distance. • Service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00. Please arrange your departure and sightseeing stop times reasonably. • Overtime fee standard: - 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) - 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) • Late-night service fee: If the itinerary is still ongoing or car usage begins after 22:00, a late-night service fee starting from JPY 5,000 will be charged (depending on time and location). ※ Overtime due to traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee. Other Reminders • The driver does not speak English but can communicate with passengers using translation software. Please confirm that you accept this condition before booking. ※ If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance, and an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. • Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before car usage).
