Boarding the All-Star Cruise is like stepping into a floating theatre of glamour and good food. As you set off from Bali Hai Pier aboard the ship decked in Thai teak wood with elegant early‑20th‑century             Shanghai touches, you’re greeted with appetisers and a welcome dance performance. The buffet         doesn’t disappoint fresh seafood, Indian and international dishes, plenty of variety and drinks are kept   flowing with unlimited beer and soft drinks. The highlight is the cabaret show, performed by Tiffany        contest winners with dazzling costumes, strong vocals, and plenty of sparkle. Between the show and the scenic views of Pattaya Bay lit up at night, there’s an upbeat, party vibe: music, photo-ops with              performers, a disco atmosphere late in the evening. While some say the cruise doesn’t travel far and      time onboard can feel short, most leave feeling entertained, well‑fed, and glad they took a night out on   the water.

• The All-Star Cruise Pattaya offers a luxurious and entertaining evening on the water, beginning with check-in at Bali Hai Pier around 6:30 PM.
• Once aboard the beautifully decorated cruise ship, styled with vintage Thai and Shanghai-inspired design, guests are welcomed with light refreshments and a lively opening performance.
• As the cruise sets sail across Pattaya Bay, a lavish buffet dinner is served, featuring a variety of fresh seafood, Thai and international dishes, and unlimited soft drinks, beer, water.
• Throughout the evening, guests are treated to a vibrant cabaret show performed by professional entertainers in dazzling costumes.
• After the show, there’s time to relax on the open-air deck, take photos with the scenic night views of Pattaya’s coastline or simply enjoy the sea breeze.

• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
  
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.

• Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.

Terms & Conditions — Thailand Visa Assistance

• Rayna Tours provides professional visa assistance only and has no affiliation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand or any Thai government authority.
• All visa decisions rest solely at the discretion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Immigration Bureau of Thailand. Rayna Tours does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
• All visa application fees and Rayna Tours service fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted — regardless of whether the outcome is approval, refusal, or delay.
• Applicants must submit complete, accurate, and genuine documents. Any errors, incomplete details, or misleading information may result in rejection. All documents in languages other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
• The mandatory Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) must be completed at tdac.immigration.go.th within 72 hours before arrival in Thailand — free of charge — for all travellers without exception. Failure to complete the TDAC may result in delays or denial of entry at the Thai immigration counter. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for denied entry arising from failure to complete the TDAC before travel.
• All visa processing times are estimates only and may vary due to application volume, public holidays, peak travel periods, or additional verification requirements. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for delays.
• Thai immigration authorities reserve the right to request additional documents at any stage — Rayna Tours will communicate any such requests promptly.
• Possession of an approved Thailand visa does not guarantee entry — final entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Bureau of Thailand at the port of entry.
• Approved visas must be used strictly within the stated validity period and as per the permitted stay duration and visa category. Visa-exempt entries via land borders are limited to 2 per calendar year.
• Overstaying in Thailand is a serious immigration offence — fine of THB 500 per day — maximum THB 20,000. Significant overstay may result in detention, deportation, and an entry ban of up to 10 years. All such consequences are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
• Thailand visa regulations, exemption policies, TDAC requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Applicants are advised to confirm the latest requirements before travel.
• Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by Thai immigration authorities at any stage of the process.

• Seating arrangements for all transfers are as per the availability & it is allotted by our tour manager.
• The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  
• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we does not hold the responsibility.
  
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
• Having good quality sunglasses, sunscreen and hat are advisable when in direct sunlight.
  
• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• Leaving of your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your own responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
• Children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water in any of the water activities.
• We reserves the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick up.
• No refund will be processed for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances) if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
