Terms & Conditions — Philippines Visa Assistance
Rayna Tours provides professional visa assistance only and has no affiliation with the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, the Bureau of Immigration of the Philippines, or any Philippine government authority.
All visa decisions rest solely at the discretion of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines and the Bureau of Immigration of the Philippines. Rayna Tours does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
All visa application fees and Rayna Tours service fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted — regardless of whether the outcome is approval, refusal, or delay.
Applicants must submit complete, accurate, and genuine documents. Any errors, incomplete details, or misleading information may result in rejection. All documents must be in English — documents in any other language must be accompanied by a certified translation.
The Philippines eVisa — evisa.gov.ph — is currently available only to residents of selected countries including India · UAE · Japan · South Korea · Singapore · and others. All other visa-required nationalities — including Pakistani and Bangladeshi nationals — must apply for a physical sticker visa through the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate before travel.
The 14-day visa-free privilege for Indian nationals — effective 8 June 2025 — is strictly non-extendible and non-convertible after entry. Indian nationals must depart the Philippines within the authorised 14-day period. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for denied entry or overstay penalties arising from misunderstanding of this condition.
The Philippines eVisa is non-extendible and non-convertible — it cannot be extended or converted to any other visa category after entry into the Philippines. For longer stays or non-tourism purposes, a sticker visa through the Philippine Embassy is required before travel.
Mandatory eTravel registration must be completed at etravel.gov.ph within 72 hours before arrival — free of charge — for all travellers including visa-free entrants without exception. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for denied entry arising from failure to complete the eTravel registration before travel.
All visa processing times are estimates only and may vary due to application volume, public holidays, or additional verification requirements. Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for processing delays.
Philippine authorities reserve the right to request additional documents at any stage. Possession of an approved visa does not guarantee entry — final admission is at the sole discretion of the Bureau of Immigration at the Philippine port of entry.
Approved visas must be used strictly within the stated validity period and as per the permitted stay duration and visa category. Overstaying in the Philippines is subject to fines of PHP 500 per month plus additional penalties. All fines, penalties, and legal consequences arising from overstaying are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
Philippines visa regulations, exemption policies, eTravel requirements, processing timelines, documentation requirements, and applicable fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Rayna Tours bears no responsibility for visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by Philippine authorities arising from previous travel history, immigration records, or any other factor outside Rayna Tours' control.
