Things to Know Before You Go 1. Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before departure. No refunds will be given for late arrivals/no-shows. 2. Provide your WhatsApp number. 3. Tuna auction times are fixed; market operations may vary. 4. The menu is adjusted based on daily ingredient availability and restaurant operating hours. 5. Wear comfortable shoes for extended walking. 6. Some food tastings have age restrictions; please inquire in advance. 7. Small group tour, moderate walking sections. 8. Tuna Auction Viewing Lottery This is an optional service. To be eligible to participate in the first-floor lottery, please complete your itinerary booking before the 5th of the previous month. Lottery service is not available in December. All visitors will view from the public observation deck on the 2nd floor, with a personalized audio guide provided to ensure high-quality commentary. Note: We can assist you in participating in the VIP close-up viewing lottery for the tuna auction (the lottery is random, and spots are limited; 100% selection cannot be guaranteed). On the Day of the Visit If you win the opportunity to view from the first floor, please bring your passport or identification document.
