The latest daily experience time is 3:00 PM. Customers who reserve for 3:00 PM are advised that the kimono dressing staff will be off duty if you do not arrive on time. Please make reservations for this time slot with caution to avoid affecting your experience. * Please return the kimono to the store by 6:00 PM on the same day. If you wish to return the kimono the next day, please contact the store staff in advance. * Regarding changes to your package upon arrival: You can upgrade your package by paying the difference. If you wish to downgrade to a lower-priced package, we will provide you with a kimono at or below the price of your original reservation, but please understand that we cannot refund the price difference.
